What is the TAT (turnaround time)? Tat is currently 1-3 business days on ready to ship items and 4-8 days on made-to-order items. This is the average time it takes to process and package your order. once your order is processed we will send you a shipment confirmation email and tracking information. 

What size should I order? Each of our products has details on the intended fit. most items are true to size, but we use different pattern makers so the sizes arent always the same across the board. If your child falls in between sizes your should size up. please take into consideration the TAT as well when determining a size to order.

How do I wash my Sassy Boutiquee items? In order to ensure your Sassy Boutiquee items last, I recommend Hand Washing and Air Drying. However, the following works too: Wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Iron as needed. No bleach.
